Denise Deng

Denise holds law degrees from Peking University and the University of Toronto, and is licensed to practice in both Canada and China.

With nearly 20 years of experience in cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and IPOs, she has represented leading multinational corporations, top global investment banks, and prominent private equity firms. Her clients have included Bank of China International, China Life, Ping An Insurance, SoftBank, Sequoia Capital, Tencent, Qualcomm, General Motors, and General Electric.

Denise’s legal expertise spans a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, high technology, clean energy, real estate, finance, and insurance.

She also served as Vice President of the Beijing office of Swiss Re, the world’s second-largest reinsurer, where she developed deep expertise in corporate compliance and risk management.

Committed to public welfare, Denise actively provides pro bono legal consulting services to non-profit organizations.
