Xin Wang

Legally trained in both China and Europe, Xin Wang is a human rights and inclusion specialist with more than 20 years of experience advocating for the rights of vulnerable groups—particularly children, women, and persons with disabilities.

She is a certified professional facilitator, an ILO-certified Disability Equality Training (DET) trainer, and a trusted consultant to UNICEF and UN Women.

Xin’s work encompasses program design, policy and legislative advocacy, capacity-building, and strategy development for NGOs and INGOs.

Driven by a deep commitment to justice and dignity, she is guided by the belief that everyone deserves a decent life, regardless of gender, disability, origin, or socio-economic status.
