Benny Xie

Benny Xie is the Founder, President, and Board Chair of NorthStar Special Needs Society, a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with autism and special needs through the integration of sports, cognitive development programs, and community initiatives. 

With over a decade of experience in community service and advocacy, he has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that structured movement and sports can have on children’s confidence, social skills, and independence. Inspired by this experience, he founded NSNS in 2022 to build a community-based platform that provides meaningful and sustained support to families. 

Under his leadership, NorthStar has supported more than 600 families and continues to advance an innovative model integrating movement, neurodevelopment, and community inclusion, with the goal of helping every child reach their fullest potential.
