Bonnie Bai serves as Treasurer of NorthStar, bringing over 10 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and has extensive experience in U.S. and Canadian tax compliance, cross-border taxation, and financial reporting.

Bonnie has worked with international accounting firms and professional service organizations, supporting individuals, families, and organizations with complex financial and regulatory requirements. Her background includes financial oversight, budget monitoring, audit support, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

As Treasurer, Bonnie is committed to ensuring NorthStar’s financial integrity, transparency, and sustainability. She works closely with the Board and leadership team to oversee financial planning, reporting, and internal controls, supporting NorthStar’s mission to create meaningful opportunities and a brighter future for individuals with special needs and their families.
