An Unforgettable Soccer Afternoon with NorthStar Families

On August 30, 2025, children and their parents were given free tickets to watch the exciting soccer match between AFC Toronto and Calgary Wild FC at York Lions Stadium, Toronto.

• “After watching the AFC soccer match, I felt like I wanted to play soccer right away. Watching the game made me want to become a champion like the players I saw.”

• “It was good, because I got AFC soccer players to sign my T-shirt after the match. Our Toronto team scored 2 goals—I was so excited that I screamed and shouted loudly. I had a wonderful time watching the game with my friends and mom. We even shared candies on the way to the parking lot—it was so fun! 🤩 Thanks, NorthStar 🌟💪”

• “Today the soccer game was really good, and our AFC Toronto team won! My main feeling is that I felt happy and excited. Even when some players got hurt, they still kept going and never gave up, which I really admired. There were also lots of long kicks and high kicks, and my team scored two goals—that was excellent!”
