Includes: paddling technique, rhythm building, basic strength exercises, and team coordination

Competition Goals: In 2026, we will participate in the following three dragon boat races:
✅ June 13/14 (Tentative): Toronto Island International Dragon Boat Race
✅ July 11: GWN Sport Regatta (CNE Lakeside)
✅ August 8: Hope Floats Championship Defending Title (Welland)

Long-Term Goals: To reach the top five in the Special Needs Division of the Canadian Dragon Boat Championships in 2027 and qualify for the 2028 World Club Championships!
